The vessel crews at Ocean Peace at top notch, with a strong sense of family within the vessels. Got to work with some of the best people I've meet in my life. Captains are some of the best out there. The cooks Ive encountered make some amazing food. Willing to employee people who would likely have difficulty finding other employment. Potential for growth for those who show aspiration.

Long period between when you start working and your first check. A minimum of 45 days. Usually longer. The office management used to be a great group of people who really cared for their crews. They unfortunately have left and been replaced with a horrible group who are rude to deal with, deceitful, and accusatory to the crews who actually have to job of doing all the real work. Because they cant keep a crew anymore they are nasty in their demands for you to return to work after a contract. The once industry leading pay is now probably bottom of the barrel, while working conditions are still some of the most physical in the world.
