Pros

From when I joined I've felt like my work mattered right away. In my first few weeks I got to lead a project end-to-end that would’ve taken years to touch at previous larger companies I've worked at. The team is sharp, supportive, and leadership is approachable. In fact, i’ve even had casual brainstorms with the CEO over coffee and I think it’s a great place with lots of room to grow fast. If you show ownership in your work, you'll get a ton of autonomy. I'd say that if you like learning on the fly, this is an amazing place to be. If you want predictability and structure, it’s probably not the right fit.

Cons

Things move quickly and priorities shift. You’ll often wear multiple hats and need to figure things out as you go. That pace isn’t for everyone, I've seen a lot of competent people give up. Startups are hard!

Pros

Empowering Leadership: The executive team trusts employees with significant responsibility and values our input. They’re open to feedback and genuinely want to see us succeed. Growth Opportunities: There are ample chances to take on new challenges and grow your career. I’ve had opportunities to work on projects across different departments, which has broadened my skills and experience. Collaborative Team Culture: The team here is incredibly supportive. Everyone is approachable, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork. We celebrate wins together and help each other through challenges. Exciting Product & Mission: Obviously AI is solving real problems for businesses, making AI accessible to those without a technical background. It feels great to be part of a company that’s making such an impact. Work-Life Balance: Despite the fast pace, there’s a genuine emphasis on work-life balance. Flexibility and understanding make it easy to manage both personal and professional responsibilities.

Cons

Growing Pains: As with any rapidly scaling startup, things can move fast and processes may not always be fully in place. You need to be adaptable and comfortable with some ambiguity. High Expectations: The bar is set high, and the workload can be intense at times. It’s definitely not for those looking for a 9-to-5 environment, but if you thrive in a dynamic setting, you’ll love it.
