-Excellent Training Program -Sponsor and pay for trainees -High Negotiable Pay out -Laid back atmosphere -Good Management -Fair base salary for beginners -Growing from strict brokerage sales to wealth management -No need to contact friends and family for business

Cons

-Long hours -400 dials a day -Almost all client leads tend to be out of the State of New York -Most leads are from cold calling

Pros

All the support is provided for Series 7 Exams, and the work environment is very alive with people that you can talk to about anything.

Cons

The work itself involves a lot of cold calling as it is natural with the industry, and requires one to be extremely competitive.

Freedom to choose when to take breaks. Employees are helpful to each other. Senior brokers can be helpful with building sales skills.

Cons

400+ cold calls per day Uses old leads Long work days for only $50 per day while in training. After completing series 7, pay only increases to $60 per day.
