Pros
1)Good starting point if you want to enter in Brussels work environment. 2)Amazing RA Manager and CR Manager, the only two with a real business view and with an eye on the reality of the Med Tech Market and the situation of the company. 3)friendly environment.
Cons
1)Most important: they ask you a degree (at least a bachelor) to be hired, but you will discover that you can be Junior manager and part of the legal department without a degree. Yes, this is happening the general requirements they ask to be hired are not apply to all the employees, probably someone is more special than the others. 2)Family company with the 3 people of the board (father, son and daughter) too much involved in the daily basis work. Managers do not have any power of taking decisions. 3)The board thinks only about the money and does not care about the whole company. 3)COO doing micromanaging, intervening and answering the email of the client out of nowhere, creating issue to the consultant. 4)CEO according to him is the Head of HR. He decided everything in this topic, even when a simple intern is involved. 5)Lack of response and knowledge from HR. They take days, sometimes weeks to answer questions from the employees. Sometimes they do not even answer, thinking that the people are dumb and they forget. 6)Except for the RA Manager and CR Manager, the others managers care only about their garden, protecting their teams and not taking any responsibility in case something went or is going wrong. 7)Payroll team is part of accounting. They salary are never correct (in particular if you have commissions). You always have to ask clarification and when you ask the answers are never polite but in a tone like you are stealing them money and they make you a favor paying for the job you did. 8)The board believes that RA can be handled by intern so they do not care about their employees and as soon as they had a decrease in the revenue they did not renew 8 people from RA and they fired 5 in 2 months (between June / July). 9)Lack of business view and plan from the Board. They adapt the business plan based on the monthly revenues. 10)Lack of communication in case of an relevant change in the working rules / policy or in the career plan from HR and the Board. 11) A lot of people are leaving in the last period.
