      Pros

      If you are lucky, you may learn latest technologies. However it depends on client tech stack, so you may work on legacy, 15-20 years old technologies as well.

      Cons

      Salary is low and it is not increasing enough if the client is so happy with your performance. So try to maximize salary in the interview process.
