      The CALL CENTER DIRECTOR AND SUPERVISERS ARE GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!

      Some of the agents in the call center feel they are owed the WORLD since they have been her longer than others. They are racists and hate everyone. Do you job and stop complaining about everyone and everything.

      Job security and opportunities are high, provided you are in the right crowd.

      Cons

      The workplace atmosphere is toxic and cliquish. I regularly complained about issues with my commissions for two years, all of which fell on deaf ears. Eventually, I quit over this.
