š§Ø Very reactive, poor management and direction from leadership.
𤨠Managing director hasnāt recruited in over 16 years so knows absolutely nothing about the current space - couldnāt fill a job now if he tried.
š„ Toxic culture - bad mouthing ex employees, other recruitment businesses and share personal information of employees when they shouldnāt.
š¤¦š½āāļø Directors are known to be very inappropriate upon social events and holiday trips to females, both inside and outside the business. Typical recruitment for you though I guess.
š¢ Treated as a number, absolutely 0 care for wellbeing of employees, no matter your place in the company.

š£ļø On numerous occasions have spoken badly of current employees and stated they would be removed from the business but canāt as their employee numbers need to remain for āretentionā.
š Shows a lot when every single manager and director (by promotion) has left the business within 6 months of their promotion. This is somewhere for very junior consultants and thatās it.
