Pros

The only pro is that you get salary on 25th of every month.

Cons

work culture is very bad especially for freshers who joined straight after graduating campus. Senior SDE's asks juniors to work more . Manager calls anytime from early morning to late night also. Sometimes we are made to work for 16 hours . Not getting praised for the good work that you do . Managers are very biased , whatever the good work you do they will still praise the person they like whether he does the work or not . Appraisals are delayed multiple times , still does not gets proper appraisal. PS: unlike other companies where you get festive bonus i.e, extra 1 month or 2 month salary , they create a hype over a diwali gift and in the end sent a 400 grams diet sweets! worth Rs.400 .

Pros

Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
