      OYO, being one of the few unicorn start-ups, provides you an exhilarating ride at work which helps you quickly learn, push limits and become a matured and hardened professional. It also has good reward programs and allows the top achievers to shine quickly.

      Cons

      1.Terrible work-life balance. 2. Flawed decision making. 3. Number centric approach only. 4. Unethical decision making. 5. Arm twisting of partners and customers. Frequently threatening them with legal implications. 6. It's Most productive team is the legal. 7. Extremely high Negative Guest Experience. It's become a highly not recommended chain of hotels in India and other SE-Asian countries. 8. High risk job currently due to SoftBank's global losses and COVID-19 situation.

      Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
