OYO empowers young talent to do pilot for important projects and gives responsibility to lead a team to grow a unit of sales, contracting and operations with a eye on delivering best of customer experience and most importantly maintaining the P&L.
Cons
Being in hospitality industry it requires lot of self motivation and courage to deliver best of customer experience to each and every customer. And in order to fulfil the same it sometimes requires to take phone calls late nights and early mornings as well to deal with urgent escalations.
