OWC's products are used by some cool folks in the industry. That was really the single positive at this company.
Cons
The culture at OWC is shockingly bad. I just can't even put into words how crazy things are at this company. The company has an unreal turnover. Senior leadership provides almost zero strategic direction resulting in totally confused and disjointed teams across the company. The CEO is outrageously immature and seems almost totally incapable of rising to the level needed at the company. Additionally, I was just unexpectedly laid off from the company on December 1st and received zero severance. I am now forced to look for a new role through the holidays. In spite of this, it was a massive improvement for my life since leaving. It's shameful companies like this still exist today.
