Pros

The money and benefits are good

Cons

Micro-management, not interested in actually helping you when you get stuck which you will because the 7week training only covers 10% of the work you do and if you're off ill regardless of proof/hospital letters, you'll get sacked cos they'll find a reason to sack even the most loyal employees!!
