Understaffed - Software Engineering Management OVHcloud Employee Review

OVHcloud US technical staff is run with a skeleton crew, and is expected to work extra hours to cover their lack of headcount. Senior leadership doesn't understand software engineering or DevOps, has an almost flat reporting structure from GM to first level team managers, and makes bad decisions. French parent company engineering leadership constantly forgets OVHcloud US engineering even exists, pushes out continuous untested buggy code while US engineers are asleep. Nearly every morning is waking up to an outage that is a treasure hunt to track down. Good luck finding the French dev team responsible for the bug before they leave for the day.
