Pros
There is a lot of possibility for growth if you want to put in the hours and efforts. The collaboration within our team is great. Your opinions matters since everything is to built. Environment is very fast pace, no time to get bored.
Cons
Work/life balance is non existent. The systems are not adapted to the size of the business (high level of manual work). Lack of synchronization between the head quarter in France and the US entity. High management turnover rate is impressive... not in a good way.
