Pros
All of the managers are focused on developing their staff to their fullest potential. Some work areas have more flexibility than others, mine was incredibly accommodating of my schedule. Overall the best reason to work at CPM is that everyone is doing good work you can be proud of.
Cons
Depending on the contract, there are very few opportunities to promote and raises are non-existent. There are lots of informal progression opportunities (being assigned to work groups, attending specialized trainings, leading special projects, etc.) However, to progress in any formal way you have to wait for someone to leave or you have to go somewhere else.
