OTT Training Solutions allows employees to work without monitoring their every move. The supervisors gave credit when credit was due and was tactful when it was not due. I really enjoyed being employed by their company.

The contract that I was hired for did not last the length of time that was advertised.

A lot of employee flexibility Owners do not micromanage and trust employees Great clients and strong ERP clientele Consistent meetings with staff and management

Owners do not communicate with each other There is no proper HR, so a lot of dysfunction between employees and mistreatment within the office Poor employee morale No professional development offered so staff is highly ignorant to what is offered and going on in the MST community OTT should drop trying to offer any other services outside of ERP. The completion for CRM is too strong and OTT is great in ERP. The CRM consultants at OTT are really poor.
