Pros
1. Many of the co-workers are great people. Left with good memories, thanks to them. 2. Always up-to-date tech stack - not necessarily a good thing every time but gives lot of room to learn 3. There is an excellent in-house cook who prepares every meal with care
Cons
1. It's an over-hyped product which is, at best, a good-to-have accessory and one you can do without - something I realised after I left. 2. Poor Leadership - the fact that so many people have left itself speaks volumes about the leadership, mainly the founders. After experiencing their unprofessional behavior first-hand I was convinced this was not the right place. STOP gaslighting employees ! 3. Most decisions are top-down and controlled by 2-3 persons max. Founders are clearly disconnected. 4. Lack of accountability and empathy towards employees 5. They will not be transparent with their feedback when you ask them and in the end, use it against you during negotiations. 6. Burnout Culture - hoarding people with tasks they have no expertise/ inclination for and then glorifying it as ‘hustle’ culture. At one point I was doing the work of 3 different roles despite being so underpaid and when I asked for what I rightfully thought I deserved, they did not even acknowledge it then applied shady tactics and manufactured a situation which affected my mental health until I finally decided to quit. 7. There is a technocracy problem here where the upper management thinks everything can be solved by using the latest and coolest tech - pls solve the bigger people management problem first. 8. They advertise 'tech equipment of your choice' on their website but only requests from certain ppl are entertained and the rest have to keep following up endlessly and still not manage to receive them
