No People/Tasks Management - Software Engineer OSYON Employee Review

Everything. Salary highly under the average for a Senior Software Engineer. No project management. 10 years old computers of the software engineers but brand new for support people. CEO does not care about his employees, he won't understand your side, he will just punch you by any sort of delay. No flexibility, you must be in the office no matter if you mom is dying. Immigrants are financially abused by even lower salaries. No standards, everything is done at crazy mode. No JIRA tickets descriptions only headlines (and you are expected to know what the ticket means). No planning, Sprint meetings are useless in this company, the team lead does not set a goal, it changes all the time and it's your fault if you miss the timeline because of the constant goal changing. They complain if you are sick. They do not value the good feedback from the customer. They do not care about your personal life and needs. You must be available at all times. If you get burnout you will just be fired. You will be stuck in a extremely low paying job, you will have no career growth prospects, they won't respect your needs, work-private life balance does not exist here. Your Constructive Criticism will always be seen as complaint. You will be a code printing robot. Innovation is killed on the spot unless customer pays for it. Turn around and run away from this employer.
