- Flexible working hours - Easy to file leave - More trainings and engagements - Free lunch - Opportunity to transfer and explore different departments
Cons
- Since merging, the salary increment and benefits have been decreased - Promotion becomes limited. Instead of promoting internal staff, they prefer to hire Managers from outside the company. Transfer to a new role becomes lateral. - Process are not aligned creating confusions to the staff - Some Managers (from merger & new hires) are not aligned in OSM culture: disregarding the 1 on 1 sessions, not solution oriented and disregarding the employee's morale
