Director/Managers are very much supportive for Freshers to counter the challenges and achieve their target in the work. Team mates are helpful to each other in work. Review meetings are very useful to know the status of where we are currently standing in achieving the sales targets. • OSI offers good incentives to employees, which motivates to work hard. • OSI is Employee friendly, Client-centric with Good Infrastructure. • OSI organizes Festival competitions, Games/Sports such as cricket, badminton, volleyball, table tennis & other Activities/Events like yoga, gym for the employee refreshment to maintain good health. • I am very glad to be part of OSI’s Family& Team.
