Pros

- Trainings are, for most of them, relatively interesting compared to what you can get elsewhere - It's a good entry point to big corporates - Your colleagues from Ormit are very similar, all motivated and smart

Cons

- Don't pay well compared to competition, despite that you are always told you're 'special'. Talents should get more, and other companies are ready to treat them better. - Lack of transparency & always counting the last cents: don't think you will be treated differently than other consulting companies... You'll actually get less. - In the end, why not cutting the intermediary (Ormit) and go directly for a management trainee position ? You get paid more, you are more cherished, and you are part of the same 'elite' young group.

Pros

Great kickstarter to your career. great coaching sessions and soft skills training. Perfect if you are unsure of your capabilities and want to improve.

Cons

Very low wage, small benefits compared to similar roles in other companies. No bonus at the end of the year. Very low salary raise after a year. Minimum vacation days. As you work as a "consultant" in a company, you do not really have a lot of contact with other colleagues or the culture of the company. You are always between 2 worlds. The contracts do not give any protection to the employee (2 year+ contract)
