Pros
I have yet to see one. Do not fall for how nice they treat you on interviews. Protect yourself and bottom line at all times (Contractually) if you engage yourself with this company.
Cons
During my time as a physician with this company, I worked along side advanced practice providers, many of whom — like myself — were never compensated for our work. Despite multiple meetings with middle management and direct conversations with senior leadership, including Dr. Creese, payments were continually delayed or promised without follow-through. It became apparent that even middle managers were unaware of or excluded from the company’s financial instability. Contractor turnover was extremely high, with several colleagues owed months of pay. Communication was poor, transparency was lacking, and promises were repeatedly broken. Subsequent research revealed that entities associated with OPYS Co. have entered bankruptcy, which may reflect broader systemic issues. If you consider working here, read your contract carefully and do not continue working without timely payment.
Again. As of Sep 2025 several individuals are owed thousands of dollars from this company.
