Cons
1) Micromanaging Growing resentment due to the ever-changing focus on small and insignificant matters that definitely kills morale 2) Blame Culture and Bureaucratic Workflows are very manual and outdated but some of the senior staff were hesitant to allow new team members to suggest improvements due to past incidents 3) Top-down Management Superiors claim to understand concerns but no improvements and be prepared to be counselled if you challenged them 4) Communication Gaps English is the standard language - Alot of verbal discussions were done in Mandarin which potentially leads to misinterpretation and translation errors
