Pros
Very easy work environment with very friendly employees. I am always learning new things on the job. If you have multiple computer skills, then you will be even more valued here. I really like that the company doesn't make a big deal over little things if they don't become a habit, which is super-cool for someone like me who lives far away and has to take public transit (for which there is a discounted metrocard program by the way). If you have to stay late or come in an extra day to fix something or get something done, lunch or dinner is always provided. I even got a raise already since I started, if you work hard and produce results you will be rewarded well.
Cons
I have to take an extra bus from the train to get here but when I start driving that shouldn't be a problem there is a lot of private parking here. The building management always complains about smoking since there is a private school in the building. These aren't really issues with the company.. It's moving to a new facility soon anyways. So, there aren't too many cons really. Maybe people who do bad work and screw stuff up are given too many chances, that's the only other complaint I have.
