Poor culture, extremely political, poor technical leadership, no business vision - Member Of Technical Staff OPENLANE Employee Review

Pros

Use newer tech, decent working hours

Cons

Several rounds of management firing and replacement did not bring meaningful change to the overly political environment where departmental ambitions trump everything. Corporate cliques shamelessly promote their own. There is a lack of business vision beyond just "let's rewrite this or that system". On the team level - the planning is poor and is driven by a desire to appease the upper management. Certainly not a place to build a successful career - technical or managerial.
