Pros
Great positive attitude across the team. Strong mission and values. Overall, a great place to work and grow if you are on certain teams with certain managers who seek to support your development.
Cons
Road maps to growth are at the management level vs. being company wide. Remote is not truly remote. If you want to work not from your house, you need prior approval. There is injustice because hybrid office employees often work remotely from places not their house. Very difficult to get market rate increases, so any OOFOS career longer than 2 years is likely underpaid.
