      Pros

      They're really good at avoiding communication Throwing people under the bus who don't fit there Clambering over each other to jockey for position Lying to get what you want

      Cons

      There are certain members of the team who lack any core integrity The product team doesn't appear to have much experience building software Don't understand software development process and are constantly discarding any and all established processes. Seriously, if you're an engineer and you are remotely interested in working here, make sure you ask and awful lot of questions. You won't get the answers you need, but go in with your eyes wide open. There are plenty of yellow flags.

      As soon as it merged with the company Cedar it took changes had to learn their platform and deal with their customers as well as deal with yours

      Professional and going after legit problems to solve

      The only company I've worked at where it felt like the strategy was hire and fire every quarter, my first day people were leaving and upset, then like clockwork every quarter it happened again. When you're an early stage startup you need to build compound knowledge and experience not cycle through people constantly. Was a constantly fearful place to work which made everyone mean and afraid to be nice to anyone.
