I have had the pleasure of working with Onit Home for the past 4 years, and I am proud to say that this year marks my 5th year with the company. During my time, I have come to appreciate the family-oriented and balanced work culture that Onit Home provides. The company fosters a supportive environment where employees are encouraged to grow and develop their skills, and I feel empowered and valued as a member of the team. My colleagues are wonderful to work with and my boss is understanding and provides a supportive, non-micromanaging leadership style. Overall, I can say witout hesistation that Onit Home is the best company I have had the privilige of working with.
