Unfortunately while working at OTIE I was stuck working for a Project Manager who had a reputation as a difficult personality, who I actually had to file a HR complaint against. Career advancement was very difficult, and the raises were very low if you didn't fit into the "office clique" group. There's certainly a reason that at least 7 people left the same office during my brief period of employment. The company even tried to get out of paying unemployment when they laid me off. Utterly ridiculous.
