Pros
The company culture is great, and the people who work in the office and the clients are lovely people.
Cons
Upper management is one of the most unorganised places i have ever seen, there is no room for career progression, as it is now, the company has gone into administration and there has been consistent down sizing, and the staff turn over rate is very high. In my first 6 months, 8 people within my team have come and gone due to toxic work management or have found much better opportunities. They will only pay you the bare minimum and there is no adjustment for inflation. If by chance you are unwell even for a day they will demand a Dr.'s note, for a company centred around disability care, there is no compassion for its own staff members who work tirelessly to ensure the clients have the best care possible, while at the same time lining the pockets of the executives who would rather use the earnings to open a rooftop bar which they have access to, than improve the quality of life of their existing employees.
