Pros
The team I work with are all hard-working, exceptionally creative, and helpful. There is a definite emphasis on team work and helping each other learn and grow. I adore my team, and I feel like my contributions are acknowledged and appreciated. The products we sell are amazing and fun to learn about too!
Cons
There's some obvious growing pains happening. Decisions made outside of my team aren't fully explained, and their feedback can often be vague, unhelpful, and in rare instances demoralizing. There's not a lot of hand-holding going on, but other than that this is one of the best jobs I've ever had.
