* Management cares about employees and profitability * Employees are given freedom to do their jobs the best way possible * Great communication * Invests in both employees and technologies to remain relevant * All groups work together * Great employees

* Any real con I have ever addressed with management has been dealt with. So there really isn't anything that I could come up with right now and I feel comfortable in say that if I could come up with one, it would become irrelevant as quickly as possible. :)

-Decent corporate culture allowing employees and management to work together. -Reasonable pay in this economy. -Good health benefits and 401K matching plan.

-Occasional communication hiccup between departments. -Communication to employees and requesting solutions for corporate issues isn't always there. -Employees not always actively involved in management decisions.
