      Pros

      The CEO has an interesting history of building startups. Very creative, amazing boss and genius material but not great at hiring. The rest of team needed work as they were not in the same wavelength. If the CEO was not emotional about his other useless staff then this would be a billion dollar company. It was frustrating to get things done after a while. Stayed for 2 years just for the energy, drive and intelligence of CEO.

      Hiring and Training of staff No team, just employees Wrong location for such an innovative idea and product

      Pros

      - There was a lot of learning opportunities. - New Office in the centre of town. - CEO was very mindful of employee issues and was always ready to help financially and emotionally. A proper open-door policy. - Salary is credited every month exactly on the 5th.

      Cons

      - The CEO was a little hands off compared to other companies. - More training modules required before work commencement.

      Pros

      With a startup environment, there is a workaround to every situation. Young, energetic and friendly team. You get to take up different roles and play by your strengths. Your final position will be tailored to suit your skills. The company follows a flat structure. Senior management is approachable and will take your honest feedback.

      Cons

      A lot of times work extended past shift timings; depending upon the nature of tasks you could carry home work to get done.
