Career growth is very limited and there is not much opportunity to learn. The management lacks proper leadership and the company has a messy family-business culture. Favoritism is obvious, especially towards employees who flatter management. Once you make a mistake, you may feel targeted instead of being guided properly. The employee turnover rate is very high, and many tasks have been passed between different employees, making the workflow messy and disorganized. The working environment can also feel toxic due to poor communication and office politics.

There is No Positive Environment here.

Even If you are an employee for more than 1 year.. they never hesitate to kick you out suddenly... without paying salary. This is my personal Experience, I Joined OM IT and worked for 1 year, but never feel satisfied to work there.. The CEO itself will involve in the ground and confuse everybody and will start blaming everybody... At that time when i was working there... i used to feel this company is like a School and CEO is like a typical Principal... We never know how he behaves with employees each morning.. Some days i use to see the hell... Suddenly I don't know why they are targeted me and started rejecting all my works. CEO directly use to call me and started scolding... after few days.... HR called me in the room and said "We will not pay you the salary for past month, this month... because of your poor work. Please Get out of the company immediately." I JUST Shocked and asked HR.. that... if you guys are not satisfied with my works...@ then why you hired me???? why you have given me confirmation letter?? why you guys taken my services for 1 Year??... I Requested HR to pay my salary and take me out officially as per the HR Rules..!!! BUT, i didn't get my salary... they kicked me out...!! So.., this is my experience.. Still want to Join there??
