Cons
- Poor work-life balance
- Must be very good at adapting to the Japanese Animation workflow within 2 months.
- Very luck-based task; Easy ones have little detail, while difficult ones have complex details and requires proper planning
- Every day is a deadline. Good luck finishing it within 9 hours.
- For what it's worth, the salary is not enough for the amount of effort needed to finish tasks in each month.
- Higher-ups have high expectations on your performance, especially if you're still within probation period.
- Making connections with people there is non-existent since it's WFH (idk maybe just me)
