Pros
Support is good, but watching the teachers have so many errors and problems, you see by their errors in sentences, that they don't have a clue. While these are teachers. Many of the so called teachers need English classes for sentence structure and pronunciation. So Sad!
Cons
People trying to teach English, but suck at proper English. Just CRAZY! They constantly have turnover for a reason. Someone thinks they need 50-60 teachers, when they may have 20 students at the most for certain hours of the day (50:20 Teacher to Student Ratio), not good. Teaching may be a good basis for the company, but allowing the teachers to make money and have teachers stay, is another. When there is that much turnover and not enough students, something is wrong or someone doesn't know what they are doing. Students are learning that the free classes are great in a promo, but not willing to pay beyond. There is NO WAY to make money with this program and it is supposed to be our job. Yeah Right!
