      Pros

      I was a temporary employee summer of 2022 and became full time November of 2022. I was so thankful for the opportunity to kick start my career and was encouraged by current employees to apply. Notably, Chris Hargis and Justin Wright were fantastic mentors and supportive advocates. This is my only glassdoor review.

      Pros

      SUCH a great work environment in terms of management and work life balance. I love all my coworkers.

      Cons

      We are all underpaid for the work we do. Many of us have advanced degrees and put in exceptional work, but as a state agency we just do not get paid well. Also our building is old and kinda sucks.
