Pros
This company recruits people without IT experience but is able to provide opportunities for professional development. In most of cases it depends on the person. In my experience, hard work was rewarded. The ambient used to be very friendly.
Cons
It is a service provider contractor, eventually salaries are lower than working for the customer itself. Also salaries for Ostrava based employees is lower than the Prague ones although cost of living in both cities differs.
