Pros

annual leave 20-25 days, good health insurance, team building allowance, some bonus

Cons

You are expected to work over time (no matter when) and 24h oncall whenever they need you (no matter which holiday) , and your OT is not paid. Strong policy, toxic culture and workplace, typical mainland China company. The engineering department is ruled by Alibaba previous managers, and the executive suite are all mainland China captalists. No WLB, no respect, no question. you get kicked out of here if you are not a mainland Chinese or good 🍑 licker. But still you can stay, by being a bad guy in the work place. For those in WEB2 considering joining WEB3, don't try your luck here. This comany is no better than a random WEB3 you bump into on the street.

Pros

- Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

Cons

- The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
