Cons
Pay is commission only. You will be working 55 hours plus per week and getting payed nothing. If you do manage to get a sale it will take a month for you to get paid even though they say it only takes two weeks.The day starts off with sales lessons and then you get to completely waste your time by playing different games in the office. they will brainwash you into thinking that this a good career path to be in with Wednesday management meetings.Then they send you out to the ''field'''(random neighborhood) with a trainer. Not one time during the interview do they mention that it is a door to door sales job. They will send you out in neighborhoods without a permit and expect you to still go knock on peoples doors. I have had the cops called on me more than a few times when they send me out to neighborhoods they are not supposed to be in. They try to teach you to overcome objections but all this does is irritate people to the point where they yell at you to leave or slam the door in your face. You get holidays off but it is unpaid. (Most companies give you paid holidays off). There is no benefits to working here like health insurance. The way this company conducts business is extremely nonprofessional .
