      Pros

      $24 per hour for off duty law enforcement which isn’t terrible in comparison. Meager pay for civilians.

      Cons

      No benefits and no raises whatsoever. Owners Mitch and Dominic use double standards in management style. Mitch has the personality of a snail. No benefit of the doubt.
