The job itself is good, repetitive but manageable. The building is modern and clean.
Cons
The expected travel is laughable, advertised as hybrid but only 2 days a week. The working environment is like being back in a 90’s school with cliques and mean girl vibes. No confidentiality and HR thinks everyone’s complaint is a joke sharing information around staff members. If you don’t want to fit the narrative you will not last at this company no matter how much effort you put in.
Staff turnover is high because of this and nothing else.
