We work here in an open environment driven by our belief that a creative & friendly atmosphere drives better outcomes. But employees can have problems even in the best companies. Our management is always open to feedback, adapting to change and working really hard to overcome the growth challenges.
We have a strong culture focussed on customer outcomes including their brand image. To ensure quality, we emphasise on bringing the team together in the creative process to decide the best possible solution meeting the client’s objectives. We empower our team to take ownership, encourage them to test their ideas and we review the deliverable before it reaches the client’s table. That’s our commitment to quality. Team members who believe in giving nothing but the best enjoy that challenge- and do not look at processes as a way to curtail their creative freedom.
We certainly aren’t for everyone, but many people have had a good learning experience working with OH! Design Studio.
