Facilities is okay. Act im not sure if this company have a 'pros'

Wages is too minimum. Seniority is too much, everyone in this company is enabler. There’s a lack of courage to say 'no' or address issues that need correction, especially at the Level 1 community. Management seems to struggle with effectively overseeing employees; they listen to workers but take no action. LOL. no proper arrangement in management.
