Pros
individual team members are good honest working people.
Cons
the worst management on Earth. Little or no vision. Line and Middle Managers have no experience with people and aerospace industry. The company is being defaced over time by poor business decision. It is effectively a cash cow to Embraer - all the other customers are less important.
