Culture at Ogilvy is amazing, the team is what keeps you going. You learn a lot in Ogilvy for sure, you grow quite fast considering you’re always left to be independent and figuring things out your own. Growth is main key at Ogilvy.
Cons
Salary wise does not reflect to how much you’re passionate and willing to give at Ogilvy and how much work experience you have. No matter how hard you work, I feel you don’t get paid accordingly to your worth and that is pretty much demotivating.
