Mixed - Sales OFX Employee Review

The organisation is very slow moving with little innovation. Management often takes credit for work done by others and presents it to the C-suite, who appear to have little understanding of what is actually happening on the ground. As a result of poor management, due to this the company has unfortunately lost a lot of talent in the UK. I’m sure management will get existing staff to write some positive reviews after this to bump up credibility,
