- Location is not helpful, although subang is hot spot this location is deep in - Company was diversifing too fast into unknown areas - Counterfeit market evolved from top selling products (this can be a pro and con) - I had to leave to a different state, that's a con too

Too many.. - Poor management - Management hiring friends and family. Favouritism is very visible. - Small organization and unstable. Firing people is common practice here. - Promotions are very superficial and meaningless. People are promoted way above their ability just because of 'family and friend' benefit. - To survive here you need to be a real suck-up to management. - Constant change in direction and goal. - Frequent structuring of the organization. - Bullying from top management is part of the culture.
