Pros

There was a bonus and the holiday party that was nice.

Cons

During my time here, I was overworked and was constantly yelled at and chewed out over little things that did not deserve that much negativity. Being a woman that was relatively NICE, I felt like I was always one of the first to be asked to do MORE work for people that were absent even though we already would have designated people to cover those that were gone for the day. I also found it VERY difficult to call days off without management making me feel uncomfortable and questioning why I had to call off which in reality is no ones freaking business as it is PERSONAL to me. Also, I would often get negative feedback from other employees in other departments that were also WOMEN and would get this backlash of an attitude whenever we communicated. Don't get me wrong there were some great employees here which made me want to stay however there were also MANY people who would skype and communicate with no respect to me because they felt as though I was new to the job and overall uneducated on my roles. There was also an incident where I was NOT paid for my overtime when working there by management, she literally declined my overtime request when she could've easily looked into my computer to see what times I worked and how long I stayed after. When I asked my supervisor for help on this situation she laughed and said there was nothing she could do to help me. When I received my bonus, I was told that I was LUCKY to even get one. As you can see, I felt very undermined and VERY unappreciated for. I am extremely glad I left this job as this was definitely a learning opportunity for myself. I've waited to write this review to see if my feelings towards this company have changed a new leaf, and honestly as I reflect I can say that it has not.

Pros

Flexibility when it comes to having to WFH more than the allowed one day in office. Teamwork among the department to help everyone get work done. Plenty of resources cross departmentally to help you navigate/troubleshoot operational obstacles and issues with agents/clients/vendors. Also a clearly driven model to avoid reactionary responses to problems/issues and come up with a proactive long term solutions after situation arise.

Cons

Some more engagement and career coaching from middle management would be an area of recommendation to focus on in future. Also, messaging from senior to upper management after company layoffs was non-existent earlier this year. When I joined, there were regular town halls to allow employees a platform to voice concerns and ask questions but this was done away with in 2026 (not sure why, again no clear messaging/guidance from upper management). This left me (and others) with a sense of unease/instability within the organization that had me doubt my future with the company. More accountability and expectations need to be defined for middle management as some seem to not have adequate knowledge of day to day / system operations of desk workers and push reports, instead of digging in to more day to day struggles to help desk level workers.
