Pros
I wanted to put 'there aren't any' but I have to put 20 words here. I've met some nice people working through the company, most of whom have also been unappreciated at best or completely screwed at worst.
Cons
Poor pay, long hours, bullying management and HR, staff input not encouraged or ignored, harassment and other shocking behaviour by managers covered up.
